We are proud to announce that MetriCorr has been awarded a contract to deliver corrosion and cathodic protection monitoring for Baltica 2, a 1.5GW offshore wind farm that will play a crucial role in Poland’s transition to renewable energy.
Developed in partnership between PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna and Ørsted, Baltica 2 represents a significant milestone in Poland’s offshore wind journey, reinforcing the country’s commitment to energy security, sustainability, and the green transformation. This landmark project will help supply clean energy to millions of Polish households, supporting national and European climate goals.
With MetriCorr’s state-of-the-art remote monitoring solutions, we will help ensure the long-term reliability and integrity of critical offshore structures. Our technology provides real-time insights into corrosion risks and cathodic protection efficiency, optimizing maintenance strategies and extending the operational life of wind farm assets.
