We are happy and proud to announce that once again our quality management system has been re-certified according to ISO – International Organization for Standardization 9001:2015.
It is our 7th year of maintaining a quality system worthy of the ISO 9001:2015 certification, and we continue to prioritize that our workflow, manufacturing processes, and customer care is in accordance with internationally acknowledged standards in quality management systems.
The recertification emphasizes our approach to quality management: it is neither a quick fix nor a “one time only”-thing:
“Quality management processes in MetriCorr shall primarily serve the purpose of continuously improving the way we work, and with constant care we shall reassure that our processes are embraced by the MetriCorr staff rather than just qualify for the ISO9001 certification. We prepare our processes by taking the onset in our day-to-day work, rather than just prepare ourselves for the audits. Additionally, the systems we present for our auditors goes way beyond the ISO-9001 requirements and therefore our audits are always foreseen with confidence of a smooth process and a good dialogue with our auditors,” founder and owner Lars Vendelbo Nielsen states.
