At MetriCorr, quality, health, safety and environment (Q-HSE) is an integral part of our business Principles. These Principles guide our actions to deliver products and services that are safe, compliant and preferred by our customers. They are essential for the achievement of our ambition to be recognized and trusted as a leading expert in corrosion protection and monitoring. 

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

When developing new products, The MetriCorr Q-HSE system ensures a well-defined R&D process considering environmental and safety impacts in a life cycle perspective.

Customers

MetriCorr will maintain an open dialogue with its customers (end users and distributors) on Q-HSE issues and obtain customer feedback relating to our products and services, including customer complaints – for continuous improvement of Q-HSE and customer satisfaction.

MetriCorr will strive always to meet Customers, End Users, and Distributors expectations by:

  • Providing relevant information relating to products and services
  • Handling inquiries in a timely manner
  • Efficiently making sure that expressed and unexpressed needs are properly covered in technical and/or commercial proposals.
  • Ensuring that agreements and contracts are clear and respected and that time schedules are met.
  • Comply with current and future requirements and regulations

PARTNERS (SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS)

In the process of selecting new partners, MetriCorr will substantially consider the Q-HSE policy and Management System of the candidate partners in the evaluation process.

For existing suppliers MetriCorr will maintain a dialogue ensuring that Q-HSE issues are met in delivery and products.

For existing distributors MetriCorr will maintain a dialogue to support sales, customer support and customer satisfaction in relation to Q-HSE.

EMPLOYEES

MetriCorr will encourage employees to foster new ideas and approaches for fulfilling our Q-HSE management requirements

MetriCorr will evaluate and implement ideas from employees to continuously improve the Q-HSE management system.

MetriCorr will maintain a continued development of employee skills and needs to secure employee safety, satisfaction and capability to sustain the customer’s and other stakeholder’s needs.

GDPR

MetriCorr is committed to comply with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
As part of our Quality Management System MetriCorr is committed to implement and maintain a Data Protection Management System that continuously monitors the compliance with the GDPR, as well as evaluate and address risks in connection with loss of critical personal data.
